I’m Philipp, a healthy lifestyle enthusiast passionate about longevity and fitness; I am a dedicated engineer currently in pre-selling for autonomous driving systems and software, based in Stuttgart, Germany and teammate for life with my wife Larissa.
Welcome to my first homepage! I recently created this space to note down and track my daily protocols, health data, fitness routines (and probably much more) for myself, while also sharing them with you and the world to receive feedback, spark discussions and grow together!
What I believe in…
Over the past few years, I’ve become increasingly fascinated by the science — and art — of living better and longer. What started about five years ago as a side interest in boosting my efficiency and performance with bio-hacks, nutrition plans, and targeted supplements has grown into a broader quest to explore, test, and refine a wide range of methods, recipes, gadgets, and strategies to enhance my health, well-being and (hopefully) lifespan.
Although I’ve never been overweight or chronically ill, I’ve always been driven by a desire to optimize my well-being. True health, after all, goes well beyond simply avoiding sickness — it’s about feeling energetic, clear-headed, resilient, and ready to embrace whatever life throws at you.
I am pretty curious and like to try out new stuff. I’ll admit that my competitive nature, ability for high discipline and tendency towards perfectionism (at least when it comes to my health) often leads me to go all-in, pushing myself to the 120% … not uncommonly earning a good-natured eye-roll from Larissa. Over time, however, I’ve learned that constantly striving for perfection can clash with the serenity and peace of mind that are key to true longevity. Striking the right balance between dedication and flexibility remains an ongoing challenge for me — but one well worth pursuing.
At the end, I am a normal guy (compared to the crazy rich millionaires or influencers that are going into the longevity game right now) that tries to get the most (and the most years) out of life. Sometimes, I ask myself if all the effort and invests (time and money) are worth it. Although the answer is “YES” every time, it became even more meaningful when the idea for this site took shape. Sharing my experiences and insights not only makes all the effort more worthwhile, but it also gives it a deeper purpose — one that goes beyond just my own journey.
So here on my site, I’m sharing the best of what I’ve found (and maybe even learned the hard way) to help you skip the trial-and-error — and hopefully save some time, money, and a bit of sanity along the way. One promise: Everything that I share on my site, I have tried myself and I believe that it works in the everyday life and daily routines of normal people like me:) So, whether you’re looking for tips, new approaches to nutrition and exercise, wellness technologies, or even recipes, I hope you’ll find some insights here.
